With Barcelona's increasing interest in Adrien Rabiot, Juventus have also entered the race to sign the midfielder.

Most clubs have finished finalizing their squad for until next year, with few still trying some tweaks and modifications. Real Madrid's loss to Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup has bought in a lot of criticism towards the Bernabeu outfit, potentially forcing them to look at more new players. The European champions looked to have been caught short in the attacking department, undermined by the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo.

In this article, we at Khel Now will take you through the important transfers news of the day:

Mario Balotelli shortlisted by West Ham

West Ham United are targeting Mario Balotelli, reports L'Equipe. The Nice striker has been making big strides since his move to the Ligue 1 outfit and is also being followed closely by the Premier League side.

The Hammers could sign him in January, if no deal materialized by then. The Italian will be out of contract at the end of the season and is also linked to Torino, Marseille, and Napoli. Nice are asking for £10m, a valuation which other clubs are so far refusing to meet, which could help the English side as the Premier League transfer window reopens next year.

PSG cash out £33m for versatility

Thilo Kehrer has moved to PSG from Schalke for £33m. The Ligue 1 outfit have been impressed by the German's versatility and have reportedly beaten many other European heavyweights to his signature.

Albin Ekdal moves back to Italy

Swede Albin Ekdal is heading to Serie A after completing a move to Sampdoria from Hamburg. He had earlier played for Juventus in Italy.

Samu Castillejo to San Siro?

AC Milan have agreed on a part-exchange deal to sign Samu Castillejo from Villarreal, reports Marca.

Malaga will receive £3.6m for the left winger. Meanwhile, Villarreal will receive £14m next summer. Also, Carlos Bacca will be sent to Villarreal as part of the deal.

Marseille turn to Celtic for Moussa Dembele

Marseille are planning to make a fresh bid for Moussa Dembele, reports L'Equipe. The Celtic striker hasn't received any offers yet, but could be sold for £13.4m. The Ligue 1 outfit could sign him as they have already had two bids for Balotelli rejected.

Everything is fine- Julen Lopetegui

Real Madrid manager Julen Lopetegui has said that the UEFA Super Cup loss doesn't mean that his club needs to sign new players.

The former Spain coach told Movistar, "What was outlined by the club's sports policy does not change by this final. Now, La Liga starts, which is a very important title for me and we have to start well."

Dedryck Boyata to La Liga?

Sevilla are contemplating making a move for Celtic defender Dedryck Boyata for £8.9m, reports Mundo Deportivo. The Belgian is in the final year of his contract.

The 27-year old missed his club's Champions League qualifier against AEK Athens this week, although Brendan Rodgers said that he was fit to play.
