The 38-year-old has vast experience of playing in three divisions of the Spanish football.
Jamshedpur FC have announce the signing of Catalunyan forward Francisco Medina, commonly known as Piti. The former Catalunya international plays as a winger and is rumoured to be the replacement for departed Indian star winger Michael Soosairaj.

To replace the midfielder, Jamshedpur have now signed former Catalunyan international Piti on a year-long deal. The announcement of the 38-year-old's acquisition would be made official soon by the ISL club.
Piti has played all his career in three different Spanish leagues. The player played in Segunda Division B with Real Zaragoza B and Rayo Vallecano before progressing with the latter to the Segunda Division. After spending three years in the second division, Rayo Vallecano were promoted to La Liga where Piti was a major hit in his second season, scoring 18 goals in the league.
“I am extremely happy to sign for Jamshedpur FC. Ever since the ISL was formed I always wanted to come to India and play football. I want to help the club grow and work with the Indian players and share my experience with them," Medina said after signing for the Men of Steel.
"I am looking forward to visiting the city as I have heard a lot of good things about the facilities and the fans. I hope to bring them a lot of joy. Jam ke Khelo Jamshedpur," he added.
