The star from “Someplace far away” made his debut at Elimination Chamber.
After a lukewarm debut at Elimination Chamber 2026, Danhausen has managed to win over WWE fans, receiving some of the loudest pops whenever he appears. He has been a constant presence on Raw and SmackDown since his debut and has been crossing paths with multiple big names.
Notably, Danhausen is yet to make his in-ring debut in WWE, as he has only appeared in backstage segments and in-ring promos up until now. With this in mind, let us take a look at the five stars he could face at WrestleMania 42.
5. Kit Wilson

Everything Danhausen does and stands for could easily be labeled “toxic” by someone like Kit Wilson, after all, even his infamous curse carries that ‘toxic’ energy. While Wilson hasn’t had a direct confrontation with the fan-favorite star yet, his recent involvement with The Miz could serve as a natural bridge to set up a feud between the two.
Wilson is already slated to call out Jelly Roll following their confrontation on Miz TV, but he could just as easily shift his focus to the man who cursed Miz in the first place. That angle could pave the way for a potential clash between the two at WrestleMania.

4. Chelsea Green

Like the debutant, Chelsea Green has also made a name for herself, becoming a fan-favorite thanks to her antics outside the ring and her knack for turning every opportunity to her advantage. Despite being injured, Green has remained a constant presence on SmackDown, engaging in physical altercations and showing she has no problem being the butt of a joke.
Green has herself floated the idea of facing the fan-favorite star. Chelsea’s match against Penta in Lucha Underground is one of the highly regarded and talked-about matchups, and WWE could create a similar buzz with a matchup between the two stars. The build itself with curses and Green’s ‘resident Karen’ persona will create comedic gold.
3. R-Truth

Even before his debut, fans have been drawing parallels between Danhausen and R-Truth. Both stars have carved a name for themselves with their iconic backstage segments and banters with stars, creating comedic chaos and confusion.
Fans have been demanding that WWE put the two on-screen together. Additionally, a fun match between them, playing off their contrasting comedy styles, could generate a huge reaction on the big stage.
2. Dominik Mysterio

One of the first victims of the Danhausen Curse in WWE was Dominik Mysterio, who paid the price, losing his Intercontinental title against Penta, after being cursed moments before the match. Another factor that played a part in the title loss was Finn Balor’s refusal to help Dirty Dom or even let JD McDonagh help him
While Dirty Dom took care of Balor, he now needs to shift his focus to the star who cursed him before the show. A matchup with Dirty Dom would help elevate the fan-favorite star to new heights, and a win might even put him in title contention for a mid-card title.
1. The Miz

While Dominik Mysterio was cursed once, The Miz has been on the receiving end of the curse twice. The second one led to a brutal knockout at the hands of Jelly Roll. Danhausen has been terrorizing the Miz constantly, and the A-lister might just snap, attacking the fan-favorite star.
A potential matchup with The Miz at WrestleMania would be a huge opportunity for Danhausen, who has recently begun gaining momentum in WWE. The comedic backstage segments can be turned into a serious singles clash at the ‘Grandest Stage.’
