Only a few stars over the year have been able to hold two singles titles at the same time
Holding the WWE World Championship in the company makes you the top star in company. But, another title makes it more special. The ultimate goal of being in the wrestling profession is to leave a lasting impact and become a champion.
However, some wrestlers have been fortunate enough to hold two singles crowns at the same time. The likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin, Batista, and John Cena, among others, have held simultaneously the World and Tag Team Championships at the same time.
WWE title was first introduced in 1963 from the events that begin from NWA. While 12 years later in 1975, NWA introduced the US Championship which has been still in WWE even after half a century over.
A double champion is often crowned when there is either a title fight or a title unification contest. Some wrestlers who held two singles titles at the same time actually defended both titles, albeit not simultaneously. When a wrestler has two singles belts at the same time, they can participate in various storylines, which makes for intriguing entertainment.

We have seen many champions in WWE but not many have got a chance to be a double champion. WWE has seen 147 World Champions while there have been more US Champions with their count being 179. But with WWE crowning this many champions WWE has only seen 1 double champion who was able to hold both WWE World and US Title at the same time.
WWE Superstars to hold WWE and US Title at the same time
Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins is currently the one and only superstar to have won both titles and he got the chance to be the only guy to hold it simultaneously as well. After turning heel and joining the Authority Seth Rollins was the top guy in the company.
At WrestleMania 30 Rollins made his infamous Money in the Bank cash-in on Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns winning the WWE World Championship, but one title wasn’t enough for Rollins.
Rollins got a chance at Night of Champions 2015 to become the first Champion to simultaneously hold the WWE and US titles at the same time.
The opportunity came in John Cena who was the then champion. Seth Rollins was able to beat John Cena to win the US Championship to make this list as the one and only man to ever make it.
