According to Jon Alba of Sports Illustrated, prior to Styles signing his most recent WWE contract extension, he explored potential opportunities outside the company.

The report adds that promoters from the convention scene reportedly showed strong interest, and the feeling was said to be mutual, with some initial conversations taking place.

Wrestlepalooza update

According to PW Insider, as of now, the Wrestlepalooza PLE is expected to stream exclusively on the ESPN App, with the event available for on-demand viewing after the live broadcast ends.

WWE is gearing up to revive the Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event this month. The event is set for Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana and will usher in the new era of WWE PLEs on ESPN.

Triple H’s involvement in AAA & update on Octagon Jr.

According to Superluchas, WWE CCO Triple H is not as heavily involved in AAA’s creative direction as many might assume. Instead, Jeremy Borash and Konnan are reportedly the ones leading the charge.

Superluchas also reports that The Undertaker isn’t involved in the creative process as previously reported but continues to attend shows out of genuine passion and to support the product.

Footage from a recent AAA event suggests that Octagon Jr. may have sustained an injury, sparking speculation that a change might be necessary for Worlds Collide.

Following the massive success of the June edition of the show, WWE and AAA is now ready to deliver another edition this September. Worlds Collide: Las Vegas is set for September 12, 2025, at the Cox Pavilion at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

It’s worth noting that Valhalla is now listed in the Alumni section of WWE.com, indicating her free agent status.
