The November 14 episode of SmackDown emanated from Albany.
The November 14 episode of Friday Night SmackDown aired live from the MVP Arena in Albany, New York. Multiple big names, including Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, Jacob Fatu, and Drew McIntyre, among others, were advertised for the show.
The show featured two first-round matches in the ‘Last Time Is Now Tournament‘ to decide John Cena’s final opponent. LA Knight defeated a returning Zack Ryder (aka Matt Cardona), while Jey Uso pinned The Miz to advance in the tournament.
On the other hand, Ilja Dragunov defeated Axiom to retain the US title, while Jade Cargill squashed B-Fab to win her first match since becoming the Champion. The WarGames drama continued with Charlotte Flair stating that she can’t stand Rhea Ripley and walked out on Ripley, Iyo Sky, and Alexa Bliss, who will now have to find two teammates for the clash at Survivor Series.
Meanwhile, in the main event of the show, Cody Rhodes defended the Undisputed title against Bronson Reed. However, the match ended in a no-contest as Bron Breakker and Logan Paul attacked Rhodes. Jey, along with Jimmy Uso, who joined the babyface team as the fourth man, rushed to his aid.
Chaos broke out when Drew McIntyre got involved, and the four men decimated the Usos and Rhodes. Paul Heyman handed McIntyre the WarGames contract, officially making him the fourth member of The Vision’s team for the Survivor Series WarGames match to end the show.
Two final first-round matches have been announced for next week’s show

During the show, General Manager Nick Aldis announced two more first-round matches in the ‘Last Time Is Now Tournament’ to decide John Cena’s final opponent, presumably the final two first-round matches.
Penta is set to battle Finn Balor, while on the other hand, Carmelo Hayes will take on The Vision’s Bronson Reed. The winners will advance into the tournament, joining Rusev, Sheamus, LA Knight, and Jey Uso, as well as the winners from next week’s Raw.
Furthermore, after this week’s attack by Tomasso Ciampa on Axiom, Fraxiom (Axiom & Nathan Frazer) are set to battle #DIY (Tomasso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) in a tag team match.
Additionally, as confirmed by GM Nick Aldis in a backstage segment, next week’s show will feature a proper celebration for Chelsea Green, who defeated Giulia on the November 7 show to capture the Women’s United States title for the second time.
The November 21 episode of WWE SmackDown is set to air live from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado. The show will further intensify the build towards Survivor Series, likely announcing matches for the show.
GM Nick Aldis also announced a 5 vs 5 Elimination match for the November 28 Survivor Series fallout show of SmackDown, featuring the team of Sami Zayn, Shinsuke Nakamura, Rey Fenix, and the Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley) against the team of Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Talla Tonga, and JC Mateo.
