The Syed Modi International 2023 is the 34th tournament of the 2023 BWF World Tour and is also part of the Syed Modi International championships, which has been held since 2009. Seven shuttlers from Indonesia are scheduled to take part in the upcoming tournament. Dejan Ferdinanshyan and Gloria Widjaja, the second seed in mixed doubles, will lead the contingent.

Shesar Hiren Rhusavito is the lone player in the singles contingent. Top stars Anthony Sinisuka Ginting and Jonatan Christie have opted out from taking part alongside upcoming star Mariska Tunjung who has qualified for BWF World Tour Finals 2023.
