Here’s how twitter reacted to Warner’s century against Pakistan:
David Warner didn’t hold it back and made full use of Pakistan’s inexperienced bowling lineup from the first over. Warner was batting with a strike rate of 95-100 from the start and completed his 26th ton in just 125 deliveries. He added 126 runs for the first wicket along with Usman Khawaja, who was cautious in his approach. Warner played a deliberate uppercut against Aamer Jamal to bring his special 26th ton in test cricket.
Australia are marching towards a big total and David Warner’s aggressive knock has helped them go past 330 on the first day. Warner was dismissed by Aamer Jamal, Warner tried to play a pull shot against right-arm pacer but Imam-ul-haq took an easy catch at deep backward square leg boundary. Warner perished after scoring 164 runs in 211 balls. He also scored 16 fours and 4 big sixes in his knock.
