24. Ayush Badoni – ₹20 lakhs:
Ayush Badoni was secured by LSG for 20 lakhs at the IPL 2022 mega auction. Having participated in 28 matches to date, he has scored 399 runs. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 for the same amount of 20 lakhs.
23. Mayank Yadav – ₹20 lakhs
Mayank Yadav was acquired by LSG for 20 lakhs at the IPL 2023 auction. Due to injuries, he had to miss the entire season in 2023, but he made a sensational debut for the franchise in 2024 and bowled the fastest delivery of the tournament as well.
22. Prerak Mankad – ₹20 lakhs
Prerak Mankad was acquired by LSG for 20 lakhs at the IPL 2023 auction. Prior to joining LSG, he represented Punjab Kings. So far, he has participated in 6 matches, scoring 97 runs. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 for the same amount of 20 lakhs.
21. Arshin Kulkarni – ₹20 lakhs:
Arshin Kulkarni was purchased by LSG at the IPL 2024 auction for 20 lakhs. This will mark his debut season in the IPL, and he is eager to make an impact whenever he gets the opportunity to play.
20. Mohd. Arshad Khan – ₹20 lakhs:

19 Yudhvir Charak – ₹20 Lakhs:
Yudhvir Singh Charak was acquired by LSG at the IPL 2023 auction for 20 lakhs. Previously associated with Mumbai Indians, although without any appearances, he has since participated in only 3 matches, securing 3 wickets. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 at the same price of 20 lakhs.
18. Yash Thakur – ₹45 lakhs:
Yash Thakur was acquired by LSG at the IPL 2023 auction for 45 lakhs. Thus far, he has featured in 9 matches, claiming 13 wickets. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 at the same price of 45 lakhs.
17. Kyle Mayers – ₹50 Lakhs:
Kyle Mayers was acquired by LSG at the IPL 2022 mega auction for 50 lakhs. To date, he has featured in 13 matches, amassing 379 runs. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 at the same price of 50 lakhs.
16. Naveen Ul Haq – ₹50 lakhs:
Naveen Ul Haq was acquired by LSG at the IPL 2023 auction for 50 lakhs. To date, he has participated in 8 matches, securing 11 wickets. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 at the same price of 50 lakhs.
15. Amit Mishra – ₹50 lakhs:
Amit Mishra was acquired by LSG at the IPL 2023 auction for 50 lakhs. Prior to joining LSG, he represented Delhi Daredevils (now known as Delhi Capitals), Deccan Chargers, and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Throughout his IPL career spanning 161 matches, Mishra has clinched 173 wickets. He got retained for the IPL 2024 for 50 lakhs.
14. K. Gowtham – ₹90 lakhs:
Krishnappa Gowtham was purchased by LSG for 90 lakhs at the IPL 2022 mega auction. Before joining LSG, he had stints with Mumbai Indians (although he didn’t feature in any match), Rajasthan Royals, Kings XI Punjab (now known as Punjab Kings), and Chennai Super Kings (without playing any match). So far, Gowtham has participated in 35 matches, contributing with 21 wickets. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 for the same amount of 90 lakhs.
13. Ashton Turner – ₹1 crore:
Ashton Turner was acquired by LSG for 1 crore at the IPL 2024 auction. Prior to joining LSG, he played for Rajasthan Royals in 2019, although he has only appeared in 4 matches in the IPL so far.
12. Matt Henry – ₹1.25 crores:
LSG roped in Matt Henry as David Willey’s replacement for the tournament after the Englishman pulled out of the tournament citing personal reasons. The franchise acquired services of New Zealand fast bowler for his base price of Rs. 1.25 crores. He had previously represented CSK and PBKS in the IPL.
11. M. Siddharth – ₹2.4 crores:
M. Siddharth, a left-arm spinner hailing from Tamil Nadu, was acquired by LSG for 2.4 crores at the IPL 2024 auction. This marks his debut season in the IPL, and he is eager to showcase his skills whenever he gets the chance to play.

LSG made a strategic move by signing West Indies’ Shamar Joseph as a replacement for the English fast bowler Mark Wood. They secured Joseph’s services for Rs. 3 crores for the IPL 2024 after Wood pulled out of the tournament citing personal reasons.

Ravi Bishnoi was drafted by LSG for 4 crores before the IPL 2022 mega auction. Prior to joining LSG, he represented Punjab Kings. In his IPL career thus far, spanning 52 matches, Bishnoi has taken 53 wickets. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 for the same amount of 4 crores.
8. Deepak Hooda – ₹5.75 crores:
Deepak Hooda was acquired by LSG for 5.75 crores at the IPL 2022 mega auction. Before joining LSG, he represented Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab Kings. Throughout his IPL career, spanning 107 matches, Hooda has scored 1320 runs. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 for the same amount of 5.75 crores.
7. Shivam Mavi – ₹6.4 crores:
Shivam Mavi was acquired by LSG for 6.4 crores at the IPL 2024 auction. Prior to joining LSG, he represented Kolkata Knight Riders and Gujarat Titans. Throughout his IPL career, spanning 32 matches, Mavi has claimed a total of 30 wickets.
6. Quinton De Kock – ₹6.75 crores:
Quinton de Kock was acquired by LSG at the IPL 2022 mega auction for a sum of 6.75 crores. Before joining LSG, he had stints with various IPL teams, including Sunrisers Hyderabad, Delhi Daredevils (now known as Delhi Capitals), Royal Challengers Bangalore (now Royal Challengers Bengaluru), and Mumbai Indians. Over the course of his IPL career, spanning 96 matches, de Kock has amassed a total of 2907 runs. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024, maintaining his contract at 6.75 crores.
5. Devdutt Padikkal – 7.75 crores:
Prior to the IPL 2024 auction, Devdutt Padikkal was traded to LSG from Rajasthan Royals. This season, he will receive 7.75 crores. Before joining LSG, he represented Royal Challengers Bangalore (now Royal Challengers Bengaluru) and Rajasthan Royals. Padikkal has participated in 57 matches to date, accumulating a total of 1521 runs.
4. Krunal Pandya – ₹8.25 crores:
Krunal Pandya was bought by LSG at the IPL 2022 mega auction for a price of 8.25 crores. Prior to joining LSG, he represented Mumbai Indians. Throughout his IPL journey, spanning 113 matches, Pandya has accumulated 1514 runs and claimed 70 wickets. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024, keeping his contract unchanged at 8.25 crores.
3. Marcus Stoinis – ₹9.2 crores:
Marcus Stoinis was drafted by LSG before the IPL 2022 mega auction for a sum of 9.2 crores. Prior to his association with LSG, he represented Kings XI Punjab (now known as Punjab Kings), Royal Challengers Bangalore (now Royal Challengers Bengaluru), and Delhi Capitals. 2. Nicholas Pooran – ₹16 crores:
Nicholas Pooran joined LSG during the IPL 2022 mega auction for a significant sum of 16 crores. Before his tenure with LSG, he had brief stints with Mumbai Indians, although he didn’t feature in any matches for them, followed by Punjab Kings, and later Sunrisers Hyderabad. Over the course of his IPL career, he has played in 62 matches, contributing a total of 1270 runs. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024, maintaining his contract at 16 crores.
1. KL Rahul – ₹17 crores:
KL Rahul was drafted by LSG for 17 crores before the IPL 2022 mega auction. Before joining LSG, he represented Royal Challengers Bangalore (now Royal Challengers Bengaluru), Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Punjab Kings. Unfortunately, he sustained an injury last season after playing 9 matches, forcing him out of the tournament. Throughout his career, he has played 118 matches, scoring 4163 runs, with four centuries and thirty-three half-centuries to his name. LSG retained him for the IPL 2024 for the same price of 17 crores.
