The goalkeeper joined the Spanish Pro Football Academy back in 2018.

Hyderabad FC have completed the signing of young goalkeeper Aaryan Saroha, Khel Now can confirm. A source tracking the move informed Khel Now, "Young goalkeeper Aaryan Saroha, who was playing in Spain since 2018, has signed for Hyderabad FC on a multi-year deal."

With Laxmikant Kattimani out with injury, it was expected that to strengthen the goalkeeper position, Hyderabad FC would sign a new keeper. The inclusion of Aaryan Saroha, will not only bring stability to the goalkeeping department, but also add some Spanish flavour into it, since Saroha is someone who has been playing in Spain since 2018. Moreover, he is a highly-rated among the staff members of the clubs he has been at.

Who is Aaryan Saroha?

Saroha was born in Uttar Pradesh and hailed from New Delhi and was a part of the CD Zafranar youth team for whom he made his debut in 2019 in the Regional Junior Second Division in Valencia (Spain). The 23-year-old was a part of the academy since September, 2018. Prior to that, he was a part of Delhi United in the I-League 2.

Hyderabad FC's preparations for the ISL 2023-24 season

Hyderabad FC are ready to witness a major overhaul in their foreign contingent. As per reports, apart from skipper Joao Victor, none of the other five foreigners will continue at the club. Javier Siverio is all set to make a move to fellow-ISL side East Bengal and the other players too, will shift their base soon.

In terms of the Indian contingent, Akash Mishra is more or less a done deal to Mohun Bagan Super Giants. Mumbai City were also in the race to sign him, but it seems that Akash's paperworks will be completed by the end of the upcoming week. Also, head coach Manolo Marquez is on his way to FC Goa, which means the club will have to sign a new coach ahead of the new season.

The Nizams ended their ISL 2022-23 campaign second on the points table and got knocked out in the semi-finals by ATK Mohun Bagan. In the AFC Cup Playoffs, they again faced the Mariners with an aim to secure a spot in the AFC Cup Preliminary Rounds, but lost out again in the tie-breaker.
