Plenty of current and stars of the past can be considered as some of the 'goats' of the industry

WWE is one of the greatest wrestling promotions in the world, which produces some of the best shows for the past 4 decades. It is undeniable that the best performers make the best shows. Over the years WWE has witnessed some of the best wrestlers, whether it is in-ring action or mic skills. They have been the inspiration for many and have a special place in people's hearts. So here we rank the top 10 greatest WWE Superstars of all time:

10. Bret Hart

Bret “The Hitman” Hart is one of the legendary technical wrestlers WWE has witnessed. He had his WWF (now WWE) debut in 1985 and has been a game-changer for the company. When WWE was in a major danger by its competitors during the 90's, Hart carried the company single-handedly on his shoulder and made the company overcome threats.

Whether it comes to wrestling, styling, promo cutting, or athleticism, Hart has always been one on the top spot. His wrestling career has been filled with championship and achievements, as he is the five-time WWF Champion, two-time Intercontinental Champion, two-times WWF Tag Team Champion, one-time United States Champion, two-time King of the Ring, 1994 Royal Rumble winner and a two-time Hall of Famer. He is the Second Triple-Crown Champion of the company. With all the accomplishments he had, the Canadian veteran stands at ten in our rank list.

Whether he is the baby face or the most hated heel, Randy Orton has never disappointed the wrestling fans. The Legendary Killer has been in the business for more than two decades and has been a greatest asset to the wrestling industry. Orton has a major part in promoting the company to reach a wider set of audience worldwide with his wrestling moves, villainous and heroic characters, charismatic personality and so on.

The Viper is known for his finisher "RKO" which gained a wide popularity among wrestling fans. Besides popularity his wrestling career says why he is one of the best WWE superstars of all time. Orton has always been on the top card and is surrounded by championships and accomplishments.

He is a ten-time WWE Champion, four-time World Heavyweight Champion, one-time Intercontinental Champion, one-time United States Champion, one-time World Tag Team Champion, two-time Raw Tag Team Champion, one-time SmackDown Tag Team Champion, two times Royal Rumble winner, and one time Money in the Bank winner. He is the youngest World Champion of WWE, the eighteenth Grand Slam Champion and the seventeenth Triple Crown Champion.

There is nothing in the wrestling business that Triple H has never done. The King of King, The Game, The Chief Content Officer of WWE, Triple H has been one of the best superstars in WWE. Triple H has been in WWE since 1995 and has achieved the pinnacle of wrestling.

He is the inspiration for many, where his contribution to the wrestling industry is unmatchable. Whether as a wrestler or as a business person, Triple H always gave the best for the business. Throughout his wrestling career, The Game has been on the main card level and fought with fellow best wrestlers of the company of different eras and never left his spotlight without a tough fight.

Triple H is a nine-time WWF/E Champion, five-time World Heavyweight Champion, five-time Intercontinental Champion, two-times European Champion, one-time WWE Tag Team Champion, two-time World Tag Team Champion, 1997 King of the Ring winner, two-times Royal Rumble Winner, second Grand Slam Champion and Seventh Triple Crown Champion. Triple H retired from wrestling and is currently the Creative Head and Business Executive of the company.

7. Ric Flair

The third and final member from team Evolution in the list is "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair. Ric Flair is one of the greatest wrestlers, with an unique style and aura. He has been in the wrestling industry for more than 40 years and is the dirtiest player of the game.

More than WWE he had the longest tenure in WCW. Flair holds the record for the highest number of World Championship reigns of 16 times. His versatile wrestling style, personality, the agility and incredible promo cutting skills helped him become a main eventer. Flair had feuds with fellow top wrestlers of the business including The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels and Triple H.

He is a great storyteller, who has produced some of the best moments in the industry. WWE has never failed to acknowledge his accomplishments and has also created a Bronze statue to honor him.

His feud with The Undertaker, Bret Hart, John Cena, Ric Flair, Triple H, Kurt Angle is considered as one of the best storytellings of the industry. HBK has been the WWF Champion for thrice, World Heavyweight Champion once, Intercontinental Champion thrice, WWE Tag Team Champion once, WWF World Tag Team Champion five times. He is the first ever Grand Slam Champion of WWE and the Fourth Triple Crown Champion.

He is the constant main eventer of the company and has main evented WWE's greatest wrestling event for more than 10 years, for which he is also called as "The HulkaMania". Hulk Hogan has won the WWF Championship six times, and WWE Tag Team Championship once.

He is the first person to win two consecutive Royal Rumbles. His match with Andre the Giant has been the top selling matches for decades. The All American Hero left wrestling to act and has also achieved great success in Hollywood.

4. John Cena

John Cena is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time and he is the top wrestler of the industry for over two decades with a monumental wrestling career. Whether it is the Ruthless Aggression Era, Attitude Era, PG Era or the Modern Era, Cena never gave up from entertaining his fans. From Doctor of Thuganomics to the founder of the Cenation, Cena is the default face of WWE and always been surrounded by championship gold.

He is known for his incredible wrestling skills, masculine body, charismatic mic skills, never give up attitude and loyalty for the business. His versatile talent gained him fame and a huge fan base across the world. Cena had some of the greatest storylines with Randy Orton, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, The Undertaker, Edge, The Rock, Kurt Angle, CM Punk, Chris Jericho and many top wrestlers of the business and had carried the company for almost two decades.

He is one of the two wrestlers to have the most number of world championship wins with 16 World championships. Cena is currently a part-time wrestler, being a full-time actor and philanthropist.

The impact that Stone Cold Steve Austin made to WWE is unmatchable and undeniable. He is one of the greatest wrestling personalities of all time with a most successful wrestling career. Stone Cold is best known for his time during the Attitude Era, where he was dominating the industry like no other.

Whether it is the mic, chair, beer or the gear, Stone Cold has been the best in the industry. His rivalries with Vince McMahon, The Rock, The Undertaker, Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar  Triple H, Booker T and Bret Hart elevated his career to a different level. His fearless attitude, stunning finisher, beer crashing celebration, incredible mic skills, hardcore wrestling style, uncontrollable persona made him the top star of the business.

Stone Cold has won 19 championships in WWE and is the only person to win three Royal Rumble matches. Stone Cold retired from WWE in 2003 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame 2009. He is currently a media person hosting TV shows and podcasts. He is one of the top two best WWE superstars of all time and that's the bottomline, because the Stone Cold said so.

The Undertaker remains the cult of supernatural gimmicks for decades and there are no better horrifying gimmicks yet and ever be. Taker's undead persona, dark storytelling, mind games, supernatural talents, striking abilities, horrifying characterization made him the best WWE superstar of all time. When others became famous by the company, he made the company famous with his long wrestling career. Whether it is the American Badass of the Dead Man from the Dark Ministry, The Undertaker's wrestling career has always been on the peak and never came down.
