Adam Pearce is an American professional wrestler executive and retired professional wrestler who has been working in WWE as an on-screen WWE Official (Director of Live Events) since 2020. When the WWE authority figures were tired and lame for years, Adam Pearce made the role more interesting and has made some impressive decisions in booking both Raw & SmackDown in the past four years. He has now been promoted as the new General Manager of Raw and at this great moment, we recall some of the impressive Adam Pearce moments as a WWE Official.

Adam Pearce leveraged Roman to win the Universal Championship

Adam Pearce became on-screen WWE Authority in 2020, where he was the control of both Raw and SmackDown brand. After becoming the lone authority, his first duty is to get the contract signed by the Universal Champion Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns for Paybavk by the order of Vince McMahon.

He got signed by Braun Strowman in the backstage and from Bray Wyatt at the Firefly Funhouse. However Roman refused to sign the contract, but kept the contract with Paul Heyman. Without the contract getting completely signed, Adam Pearce made the match between Bray Wyatt & Braun Strowman, where Roman appeared at the near end, signed the contract, speared Strowman and won the Universal Championship, which he never lost till date.

Adam Pearce conflicts with The Bloodline

In 2021, Adam Pearce began a storyline with "The Tribal Chief" Roman Reigns. Reigns had issue with Adam Pearce's recent bookings, where Pearce booked a Gauntlet match to determine Roman's next challenger, where Reigns used his influence and made Pearce the last entrant.

Jey Uso attacked Nakamura and Pearce and put Pearce over Nakamura, making Pearce as Roman's challenger for Royal Rumble. The following week Pearce stated that he is not medically cleared and replaced Kevin Owens for him.

Paul Heyman then challenged Adam Pearce for a match, where Heyman miss-stepped, claimed injured and replace Roman Reigns for him.

Adam Pearce & Women’s Tag Team issue

Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler defended their Tag Team Championship against Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai, who won the first ever Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. During the match, ref. was knocked down, where Pearce appeared on NXT, and called for a new ref, where Baszler and Jax won in a controversial way, where Baszler made Dakota Kai pass out, who was not the legal one. This made a big controversy in the NXT brand as NXT GM, William Regal yelled Adam Pearce and launched an exclusive Women's Tag Team title for NXT.

Fined Lesnar $1 Million USD

On October 23, 2021 Brock Lesnar attacked Roman Reigns, The Usos, Cameraman, WWE Officials, referee and securities and threatened the crew. As a result of property damage and threatening the crew, Adam Pearce indefinitely suspended Brock Lesnar. Lesnar attacked Pearce to reverse his decision. The following week, Pearce apprared on the screen and fined Lesnar for attacking the official with a $1 Million USD.

Fined Belair $1 USD

In April 2022, SmackDown Official Sonya Deville attacked the new SmackDown Women's Champion Bianca Belair to challenge her for the title. Belair took revenge on Deville by striking back, where Deville claimed that she is a WWE Official and she has no right to attack her. They took the issue to Adam Pearce, where he fined Belair with a $1 USD fine and released Deville as WWE official.

Suspended Ronda Rousey

Liv Morgan won the SmackDown Women's Championship from Ronda Rousey by cashing-in the Money in the Bank contract. Liv retained the championship in the rematch in a controversial way, which pissed off Rousey. Rousey attacked Liv, and the match referee resulted in Pearce suspending Rousey.

In the following month, Rousey made Pearce angry again, as a result Pearce trash talked on Rousey, which made Rousey attack Pearce with a shoulder throw and Armbar.
