The Clash in Paris’ go-home of Raw will feature a grudge match!
It’s officially Clash in Paris week, and WWE is set to deliver the go-home show of WWE Raw to conclude the build towards the PLE. The go-home of Monday Night Raw is set to air live from the BP Pulse LIVE Arena in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Additionally, the show will also have an early start time of 3 PM ET.
Multiple stars, including Roman Reigns, Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods, are being advertised for the show. Reigns is set to kick off the show, while Nikki Bella is set to call out Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch.
Rhea Ripley will battle Roxanne Perez for the third time in the squared circle, while Kofi Kingston, in an attempt to teach Petna a lesson, will battle the luchador. Ahead of this week’s show from Birmingham, here are the top five storylines for the August 25 episode of WWE Raw.
5. Good Ol’ Fashioned Donnybrook match
During last week’s show, irked by the constant bickering and brawl between Sheamus and Rusev, General Manager Adam Pearce announced a ‘Good Ol’ Fashioned Donnybrook match’ between the two stars for the upcoming Clash in Paris this weekend. They will likely engage in another brawl on this week’s show to build up hype for the match.

4. Women’s Intercontinental title
After attacking Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch last week and helping Natalya, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella is now slated to go one-on-one with the champion.
Their rivalry has intensified heading into Clash in Paris, with WWE expected to confirm a title match between them for the PLE. The Champion might retaliate tonight during the call out, further intensifying the feud which took off after the personal jabs at their initial promo a few weeks earlier.
3. Iyo Sky – Asuka
For the past two weeks, WWE has been teasing Asuka’s heel turn and the rising tensions between Iyo Sky and Asuka, with Kairi Sane trying to diffuse the situation. However, the addition of Rhea Ripley into the fray has made things even more complicated.
The dynamic will likely be explored further tonight, and the four women might end up split into two teams battling each other in a tag team match at the upcoming Wrestlepalooza.
2. The Vision targets the opponents

World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is set to defend the title in a fatal four-way match against Jey Uso, LA Knight, and CM Punk at the upcoming Clash in Paris.
Rollins might replicate the playbook from Money in the Bank, where he, along with Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker, targeted every participant in the men’s MITB match before the PLE, ensuring they were compromised going into the match and giving Rollins an advantage, likely leading to an easy win.
1. Tribal Chief vs Tribal Thief
‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns is set to kick off the go-home tonight ahead of the PLE. He is set to battle Bronson Reed at the PLE, amid their ongoing feud where Reed has given himself the ‘Tribal Thief’ moniker and has stolen Reigns’ shoes after every beatdown.
Fans might witness another betadown by Reed, following Reigns’ attack last wee,k which also cost Bron Breakker the match against Jey Uso.
