Will Uncle Howdy make his in-ring debut against Chad Gable at SummerSlam 2024?

Uncle Howdy was spotted inside Adam Pearce’s office on 7/8 episode of Raw

Uncle Howdy & Wyatt Sicks upon their WWE return assaulted almost everyone backstage, including Chad Gable and officials. Gable was brutally attacked which busted open his head. Since then the Wyatts have been interfering with Gable week after week. Although they didn’t attack Gable after their debut, they gave the commentary panel a VHS tape.

The videotape seemingly teased Gable’s recent action of abandoning Alpha Academy. The horrifying teases continued this week too and this time they dropped a major hint of a potential match.

Uncle Howdy vs Chad Gable at SummerSlam 2024?

On the latest episode of WWE Raw, Nikki Cross / Abby The Witch again interfered with Chad Gable, the third time in three consecutive weeks. Although Gable escaped, she delivered a VHS tape to the commentary team. The tape was played later on the show, which featured the third part of Uncle Howdy/Bo Dallas interview. Bo spoke about the family, which hinted at Chad Gable & Alpha Academy.

Bo Dallas said,

“My family. I took those who no one wanted. The discarded, the forgotten. I gave them a purpose. They’re so happy that you remembered them. Because being a glutton for punishment doesn’t make abandonment hurt any less. Forsaken, alone, begging for mercy as the buzzards circle. There’s been loss, too much. But grief is the price you pay for love. But now, we must set the captives free, so they need no master. Do you think we are sick? Then Sick is what will be.”

Following the videotape, Gable met Adam Pearce outside his room and said that the videotape was about him and asked him to tighten the security. Pearce asked him to sort out, why they were coming after him. Gable got frustrated and walked away. When Pearce opened the door, he found Bo Dallas inside his room sitting on the couch.

Based on the tease and what happened following that suggests that Uncle Howdy & Wyatt Sicks are targeting Gable. As Bo Dallas met Pearce in his office, it suggests that Howdy’s in-ring debut is very near, most probably at SummerSlam.

Analyzing all these, there is a good amount of chance that Howdy vs Gable could happen at SummerSlam 2024. However, nothing is made official yet and we need to wait and watch what the road to SummerSlam has for them.
