WWE RAW: John Cena's final match Tournament Quarterfinals; WarGames advantage match & more set for next week (November 24, 2025)

The November 17 show of WWE Raw featured multiple returns.
The November 17 episode of Monday Night Raw aired live from the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. The show carried huge anticipation among fans as it was not only John Cena’s final appearance on the Red brand, but also played a massive role in the lead-up to Survivor Series: WarGames.
In the opening moments of the show, John Cena kicked off the show in his final appearance on the Raw brand and teamed up with Rey Mysterio and Sheamus to defeat The Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, & JD McDonagh) in a six-man tag team match.
The show featured the return of AJ Lee, who aided Maxxine Dupri, who pinned Becky Lynch to capture the Women’s Intercontinental title, pulling a third upset win over Becky.
On the other hand, Dolph Ziggler made his return to face Solo Sikoa, but failed to advance as Solo pinned him to secure a spot in the semi-finals of the ‘Last Time Is Now Tournament‘.
Furthermore, Guther, in his return, defeated NXT’s Je’Von Evans to advance in the tournament, joining Sheamus, Rusev, Jey Uso, LA Knight, and Solo Sikoa. The final moments of the show featured the men’s WarGames face-off.
The face-off turned into a brawl as Cody Rhodes, CM Punk and The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) attacked the opposing team of Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre. Brock Lesnar first made his return to join the heel side and suplexed Punk and Rhodes.
However, before he could do further damage, Roman Reings made his return to even the odds making it 5 vs 5. Reigns came face-to-face with Lesnar and took him out with a Superman Punch, the brawl further escalated with Reigns taking out Reed with a spear through the barricade.
Security, Officials, and NYPD Personnel continued to contain the brawl as the show came to a chaotic end, signalling an iconic WarGames featuring some of the biggest names in pro-wrestling.
The men’s WarGames advantage match will take place next week
The promotion during the show announced multiple matches for next week’s show. Gunther, after his win this week, is set to face the winner of the first round match between Carmelo Hayes and Bronson Reed, which is set for this week’s SmackDown. Hayes emerged victorious to secure the spot against Gunther.
On the other hand, Solo Sikoa will face the winner of the first round match between Finn Balor and Penta, which will also take place on this week’s SmackDown. The two Quarterfinal matches will decide who advances further in the tournament. Penta won the final first-round match and will now take on Solo.
Additionally, the show will also feature a men’s WarGames advantage match; however, WWE has not announced the participants for the match. The babyface now consists of CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso), and Roman Reigns, while the team led by Paul Heyman consists of Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar.
The November 24 episode of WWE Raw is set to air live from the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The show will serve as the go-home show of the final PLE of 2025, Survivor Series, and will further intensify the build towards the matches set for the show.
Ahead of the show, Paycom Center has confirmed that the show will feature Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar, who both made their return this week. During the November 21 SmackDown, WWE announced that Reigns will kick off the broadcast next week.
