The BWF World Tour Finals 2023 is the ultimate showdown of the best badminton players in the world from the current season. The tournament, which will be held from 13 to 17 December in Hangzhou, China, has a total prize money of $2.5 million and features five categories: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed doubles.
The defending champions of the BWF World Tour Finals are Viktor Axelsen from Denmark in men’s singles and Akane Yamaguchi in women’s singles. The former is one of the favourites to defend his title while the latter has exited the tournament due to an injury.
