Defending champion Akane Yamaguchi is out due to an injury.
The sixth edition BWF World Tour Finals 2023 is scheduled to be held from December 13 to 17 in Hangzhou, China. The top eight badminton shuttlers/pairs in the BWF World Tour this season have qualified for the season-ending tournament which is set to offer a total prize of $25,00,000. Akane Yamaguchi is the only shuttler to have withdrawn from the competition due to an injury.
