After last week’s SmackDown, where Cody Rhodes announced that he would not be facing Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL, Cody was backed by WWE fans and Superstars. They never let him down and supported him in social media and on the WWE shows with We Want Cody chants.
It seems like the constant support from fans paid off as Cody Rhodes finally made his decision on the WrestleMania XL kickoff show by choosing Roman Reigns. The segment was heated up with Rock backing up Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins backing up Cody Rhodes. WWE fans enjoyed the segment and wished Cody to finish their story. Some of the WWE Superstars also reacted to Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes announcement.

Logan Paul reacted to the heated segment live with a videotape uploaded on his social media. Logan Paul enjoyed the segment on his couch, supporting Cody Rhodes. Paul uploaded the video with the quote “Let him cook @Cody Rhodes”. It is worth noting that Logan supported Cody since last week, who also trended #WeWantCody.
Drew McIntyre on the other hand before the WrestleMania XL Kick Off retweeted Cody’s status, “I’ve made my decision” with Rock’s video “Shut up b**ch”. However, after Cody made his decision, Drew posted a picture of him saying “I prayed for this and it happened”, which Drew said to CM Punk after he got injured. It seems like Drew is now clear to face Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship for WrestleMania XL.
CM Punk who was with the commentary team wished Cody to punch Rock in the face. He also said that Rock was not the one who threw him over the top rope of the Royal Rumble, but Cody was. Punk wanted to see both Rock and Cody fight and it had a huge response from the live audience.
