WWE’s YouTube channel has long been the stop for highlights, promos, and behind-the-scenes content for fans around the world. The channel draws millions of fans from around the world, who love to see not just the usual TV Content but also specially curated content, podcasts, and much more.

However, not every video hits the mark. In 2025, some uploads faced significant backlash from the audience, earning an unusually high number of dislikes. Coincidentally, all three of these videos come from regular programming and prominently feature a consistent star from the Raw brand.

In this article, we take a look at the top three most disliked videos on WWE’s YouTube channel this year and explore what sparked backlash from fans.

3. Jey Uso wins Battle Royal, will battle CM Punk for World Title: Raw highlights, Oct. 20, 2025

Occupying the third position on the list is the video from the October 20 episode of Monday Night Raw. The short clip featured Jey Uso winning the World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contenders Battle Royal to secure his spot against CM Punk in the vacant World title match, which will take place on November 1 at SNME.

As of the writing of this article, Jey winning the battle royal has amassed 703K views, but when you take a closer look, the like-to-dislike ratio explains the backlash, as the video has accumulated 88k dislikes as opposed to 15k likes.

The main reason for the backlash stems, Punk winning the triple-threat match on the October 13 show by pinning Jey, and WWE opting for Jey to win the battle royal.

Many fans have also voiced their opinion that other stars who deserve a shot at the title have been overlooked. One of the prime candidates, per fans, was LA Knight, who even has an ongoing animosity with Punk, and the two even shared a brief argument before the battle royal, with Punk stating that he hopes Knight wins.

2. Jey Uso shuts down Gunther after one-minute win over Austin Theory: Raw, March 17, 20

The second video in this list also features the former World Heavyweight Champion from the time he defeated Austin Theory in under one minute on the March 17 episode of Raw, before thwarting an attack by Gunther on the Road to WrestleMania 41.

As of the writing of this article, Jey Uso winning the match has amassed 717K views. The like-to-dislike ratio explains the backlash, as the video has accumulated 90k dislikes as opposed to 17k likes.

This was the time when WWE was pushing Jey, who recently won the men’s Royal Rumble match and was en route to battle Gunther for the World Heavyweight title at WrestleMania 41. Theory’s rising popularity back then also didn’t help with the win.

1. Gunther vs. Jey Uso | World Heavyweight Title Match: WrestleMania 41 Saturday highlights

Even the first place on this video is occupied by ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso; the WrestleMania 41 Night One highlight features Jey putting Gunther to sleep to win the World Heavyweight title. This was his first WWE World title and his second singles title.

As of the writing of this article, Jey winning the title match has amassed 2M views. The like-to-dislike ratio explains the backlash, as the video has accumulated 113k dislikes as opposed to 45k likes.

The video topping the charts in dislikes showcases how the majority of fans rejected the idea of Jey’s title win. While his Royal Rumble win also received flak from the audience, it was mainly due to Jey eliminating John Cena, who fans wanted to win and headline his final WrestleMania. However, the backlash, which is much severe on the title win at Mania, is likely due to fans being opposed to the idea.
