WWE NXT Battleground 2024 Results, Highlights & Winners: Kelani Jordan wins the NXT Women's North American Championship

Kelani Jordan wins gold, Oba Femi, Roxanne Perez, Trick Williams, Nathan Frazer & Axiom retain their title & more!!!
The 2024 NXT Battleground is officially over and it is one of the best pay-per-views of WWE NXT in recent times. five championships were defended on the line and the first NXT Women’s North American Champion was crowned. Get to know what happened on NXT Battleground 2024, as we came out with the complete show summary, highlights, results and winners list for the show.
NXT Battleground Summary & Highlights
NXT Women’s North American Championship Ladder Match- Sol Ruca vs Lash legend vs Fallon Henley vs Jaida Parker vs Michin vs Kelani Jordan
The match began with Lash Legend and Kelani Jordan fighting inside the ring and all the other four looking for the ladder. Sol Ruca enters the ring to team up with Jordan and take down Lash. Both tried to grab the ladder, but Henley took them down. Legend brought the ladder to the ring, but everyone made their way to the ring. Legend is locked in the corner with a ladder across the ropes and Kelai over it. Another Ladder is set in the middle and Jada Parker climbs it, Kelani tries to stop her, but Parker jumps on her squashing on the ladder.
Lash Legend tried to unhook the championship, but Michin stopped her. Lash locks her with the sleeper hold, Henley locks Lash and Kelani locks Henley. Lash sends all of them to the ladder and Kelani is so close to unhooking the title, however, she is stretched over the ladder. Everyone is sent out and Henley is the only one standing.
Henley climbs the ladder, Parker joins her, Kelani and Sol Ruca with another ladder trying to stop them. Lash Legend sends everyone down the ladder, but Sol joins her. Lash tries to suplex Ruca from the top of the ladder, and Solooks to deliver a sunset powerbomb, but Lash survives. However, everyone took Lash and threw her over the ladder outside the ring.
Everyone tried to climb the ladder, but Parker took them out. When Parker tried to climb the ladder, Sol Ruca stopped her and hit with a Sol Snacher on Parker and Henley.
Kelani Jordan took Sol Ruca out and hit a Moon sault on Michin. When everyone was down, she quickly climbed the ladder and unhooked the title to become the first-ever NXT Women’s North American Champion.
NXT Tag Team Championship Match- Nathan Frazer & Axiom (C) vs Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson
Axiom and Karl Anderson start the match with Anderson having the initial control chopping him in half. Axiom fought back and tagged Frazer in. They used their teamwork to gain a brief control with quickness in play. Using the back-to-back tag-ins locking Anderson in their corner made the champions gain momentum. Axiom tried to take both, but Anderson fought back and tagged Gallows in. Gallows took Axiom in control targetting his bad shoulder.
The OC slowed the pace of the match, taking Axiom to their corner and with the back-to-back tags, targetting his bad shoulder. Axiom fights back delivering a DDT to Gallows. Anderson and Frazer got tagged in. Frazer is fired up and taking Anderson in control with a reverse DDT and standing Moon-sault. Frazer looks for a Phoenix Splash, but Anderson survives. Gallows got tagged in and both delivered the Dreamkiller, but Frazer kicked the fall. Gallows delivered a power bomb, and Axiom stopped the fall.
Anderson and Axiom got tagged-in to lock Gallows with the sleeper hold and Frazer took Anderson out. Anderson soon returned to the ring and The OC tried to finish things, but Frazer hit him with a splash. The champs took Gallows out and went for the Suicide dive one by one, but Gallows took both down.
Axiom and Anderson went for the top rope, Frazer took Gallows out finally with the suicide dive. Axiom delivered a Super Spanish Fly and Frazer delivered the Phoenix Splash on Anderson to win the match and retain the NXT Tag Team Championship.
NXT Underground Match- Shayna Baszler vs Lola Vice
Both began the match exchanging strikes, but Baszler took control of her by take-down and started throwing punches in her face. Lola sneaks out, but Baszler chases her and took her back to the ring. Baszler delivered a German Suplex, throwdown and another suplex. Baszler locks Lola with the Ankle lock, but Vice pushed her to the ring post.
Vice locks Baszler with the rear naked choke and Baszler jumps carrying Lola Vice outside the ring. Vice tries to fight, but Baszler took her down pushing her to the table. Baszler clears the table and looks for a powerbomb. Vice escapes, but Baszler took her down and threw punches. Baszler tried to hit her knee to the face, but accidentally hit on the table.
Vice targetted Shayna’s bad leg banging her leg to the ring post, locking her with the leg lock, extending her knee and with the leg lock again. Vice kicked her knee and made her lay down, throwing punches and locking her with the rear naked choke. Baszler escapes and she locks her with the Kirifuda Clutch.
Lola Vice countered her Clutch, twisting her leg. Baszler tries for the big knee, but Vice swings her hand to send her out. Vice went for Baszler, but she was taken down. Baszler took half the underground bouncers down and locks Vice with a Triangle.
Lola escaped her pushing her neck first to the steel steps. Back in the ring, Lola wings her hand and threw punches to her face. The Referee stops the match and Vice picks up the win. Baszler was not happy with the referee’s decision.
NXT North American Championship Triple Threat Match- Oba Femi (C) vs Wes Lee vs Joe Coffey
The match began with both the competitors taking strikes on the Champ. Oba Femi is sent out and Wes Lee takes control of the match. Wes Lee hit Oba Femi with a suicide dive and hit Joe Coffey with a spinning splash.
Femi got back into the ring, tossed both across the ring and delivered a corner splash on both of them. Femi tried to vertical suplex Lee, but Joe Coffee hit him with the body strikes. Femi took Lee out and went for the ropes, Lee tried to take him with a Hurricanrana, but Femi threw him to Coffey.
Coffey and Femi fight each other, where Coffey with the assist from Lee delivered a slam on Femi. Lee knocks Coffey and Femi rolls out. Coffey went for the suicide dive, but Femi hit him with a powerbomb to the apron. Lee tried and he tossed him with a powerbomb throwing him over Coffey.
Coffey and Lee took the fight to the ring. Lee tried to join the fight, but Femi took him down. Femk sends Coffey down and The Gallus attacked Femi and help Coffey. Coffey went to target Lee. Femi is back on his leg and he took both the members of Gallus.
Coffey and Lee sent Femi out again, and Lee hit a cardiac kick on Coffey, but Gallus stopped the fall. Wes Lee jumped over him. Femi came to the ring powerbombed both Lee and Coffey and pinned Coffey to retain the NXT North American Championship.
NXT Women’s Championship Match- Roxanne Perez (C) vs Jordynne Grace
The match began with Jordynne Grace pushing and throwing Roxanne across the ring. Grace went for one hand, where Roxanne stomped her leg and twisted her injured hand. Both went on to counter each other’s move & Roxanne slapped Jordynne in the face. Perez targets Grace’s left hand, stretching her hand, stomped over it. Grace is back on her feet and she tries to fight back, but Perez with quick strikes took her down again. Perez locks her with an Armbar in the middle of the ring, but Grace escapes.
Perez goes for the top rope and Grace stops her. Grace took Perez on her shoulder and slammed her from the middle rope. Both exchanged hands, Jordynne slammed her twice. Grace is powered up hitting a big right hand and delivering a spine buster. Grace takes Perez to the top rope, looking for a musclebuster. Perez escapes her move delivering a DDT and banging her head to the mat.
Grace counters Perez’s armbar to deliver a Muscle buster, but Roxanne kicks out the fall. Both went to the apron, where Roxanne pushed Grace to the ring post. Jordynne looks for her finisher, and Roxanne looks for her finisher, but ends up with Jordynne delivering a Fallaway back-splash.
When both were down, Tatum Paxley stole the TNA Knockouts title. Dana Brooke (Ash By Elegance) stopped Paxley. Jordynne took both out and entered the ring, where Roxanne hit the Canadian Destroyer to win the match and retain the title.
NXT Championship Match- Trick Williams (C) vs Ethan Page
The match began with Ethan Page having initial strikes, he’s firing strikes on Trick. Page when trying to knee-splash Trick in the corner hit the turnbuckle giving room for Williams to take advantage. Trick fights back and both fought their way outside the ring, where Page sent Trick to the steel steps. Back into the ring, Page takes control of Trick by delivering power strikes, and a backdrop followed by a bearhug.
Page took Trick to the top rope looking for a vertical suplex. Trick Williams fights back and looks for the slam. However, Page took him down with an arm drag and a slam. Page locks him with the bear hug again targeting Trick’s mid-section. Trick escapes with the kick-up, but Page rolls down. Trick chased him, sending him to the WWE Universe and jumped over him from the steel steps with a cross body.
Back in the ring, Page hit him with the double knee countering the big boot. Williams hit Page with a Slam and both went out. Trick clears the announcement table and tries to suplex him over it, but Page power-slammed him to break the table.
Page took Trick to the ring and delivered the Razer bomb, but was not enough for the fall. The All Ego argues with the referee, making room for Trick to recover, where he hit the running knee on Page to win the match and retain the NXT Championship.

- Kelani Jordan became the first ever NXT Women’s North American Champion.
- Nathan Frazer & Axiom defeated Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson to retain the NXT Tag Team Championship.
- Lola Vice defeated Shayna Baszler in the NXT Underground match.
