Renowned for its fiercely competitive nature, the BWF China Open serves as the stage where elite athletes showcase their brilliance in various categories — men's and women's singles, doubles (men's and women's), and mixed doubles.

With an illustrious history and an ardent following of fans, this event becomes a pivotal platform for players to amass vital ranking points and assert their dominance on the international badminton arena.

A total of 13 Indians are set to take part in the China Open 2023. HS Prannoy the BWF World Championships 2023 bronze medalist will spearhead the Indian contingent. Kidambi Srikanth, Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu are the only three Indians to have won the title before.
