Shawn Michaels wants to face AJ Styles at WWE WrestleMania

Shawn Michaels is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, who has been in the wrestling industry for almost forty years. Michaels has one of the greatest wrestling careers of all time, who has reached monumental heights. He is a fourteen time champion in WWE, two time Royal Rumble winner, First Grand Slam Champion, and fourth Triple Crown Champion.

Michaels retired thrice from his in-ring career, where his first retirement was in 1984, second retirement in 2010 and however came back for one final match in 2018. He is currently the Senior vice president of Talent Development Creative & Oversees the creative aspects of WWE’s developmental brand NXT. There is nothing that Shawn Michaels has never done in the pro-wrestling industry. Michaels has now opened on his dream opponent, which he wanted to face, if he wished to return to the ring.

Shawn Michaels vs AJ Styles at WrestleMania?

Shawn Michaels while speaking to Gorilla Position, He was asked about who should be his opponent, if he wishes to enter the ring for one last match at WrestleMania? The Heart Break Kid said that he really wants to face AJ Styles. Michaels feels like he could do some cool stuff with Styles. He believes that both have similar styles and the match would be interesting to fans. He thinks that would be his go-to match in this particular momentum.

Shawn Michaels said,

“I think the one we really want to see is me and AJ. That’s where I go with. It’s also as the more talent comes along, you start looking at them. I always, I still do it now. I look at it like, boy, I can do cool stuff with him. I can do cool stuff with him. But I think AJ, I think AJ and I can get similar styles and stuff like that. So I always feel like that would be one people would want to see. So I think that would be my go-to in this particular moment.”
