WWE Bad Blood 2024 Results & Winners: The Rock returns

Punk defeats McIntyre, Nia Jax retains, Raquel costs Rhea, Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes win, Jimmy Uso & The Rock returns!
The 2024 Bad Blood PLE is officially over and it is one of the biggest and must-watch Premium Live Events in recent times. WWE showcased some of the big matches and segments on the show including the return of three of the biggest stars, and the ending of a big rivalry.

WWE Bad Blood 2024 Summary & Highlights
Hell in a Cell Match- CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre
The match began in favor of Drew McIntyre, as he tossed CM Punk all over the ring. Both took the fight outside the ring to try banging each other’s head to the steel structure. Punk introduced a table and a chair, but Drew pulled the chair and struck Punk in the back. Drew tried to crush Punk’s head on the steel steps and took the tool box. He tried to attack Punk with the wrench, however Punk poked him with it.
Inside the ring, Drew rips a leg off the table and tried to attack Punk, but Punk used the broken leg as a weapon to choke him out and slammed Drew on the table. Punk tried to poke Drew’s eye with the table’s leg, but Drew escapes. Punk follows him and took him on the shoulder, but Drew performes a Claymore outside the ring.
Drew sent Punk face first to the steel structure and Punk got busted open. Drew hit Punk with the steel steps and stomped his head over it. Drew planted a spanner into the wounded head and set a table outside the ring. Punk fought back with the knee to the jaw and elbow to the head. Punk has a wrench in his hands and tried to jump with it, but Drew caught him to perform an overhead suplex.
Drew measures for a Claymore, but Punk sneaks out and hit Drew with the weapon box to bust him open. Punk strikes him again and again and Drew’s face was all blood. Punk delivers three knee strikes and with a Bulldog. Punk performs a GTS, but Drew rolled outside the ring. Back inside the ring, Drew performs a Claymore for a near fall.
Punk drops the spanner trying for another Claymore, but Punk steps aside and locks him with the Sharp Shooter. Drew strikes him with the tool to escape. Both exchange strikes and counter each other’s signature. Drew chops and Punk delivers a roundhouse kick. Drew performed a vertical suplex from the apron to break the table outside the ring. Drew picks up a giant step, trying to take it into the ring, but his back troubles him. Drew somehow took the steps and Punk to the ring, but Punk performed a GTS for a near fall.
Punk lifts him for another, but Drew countered with a White Noise on the steel steps. Drew looks for a flatliner, but Punk locks Drew with his submission maneuver. Drew tried to use the tool, but Punk grabs it to punch him in the face. Punk tried to attack Drew and Drew begs for mercy, only to deliver a low blow. Drew gets a pouch and drops the tags on Punk trying for a Claymore. Punk side steps and Drew fell on the tags. Punk wraps a steel chain on his knee.
Drew put some tags on Drew’s mouth and performed GTS on the chained knee to win the match. After the match, a bunch of medical staff and officials came to the ringside to escorted Punk and McIntyre backstage.
WWE Women’s Championship Match- Nia Jax (C) vs Bayley
Nia Jax took the fight to Bayley taking her to the corner and splashing her down and again with a clothesline and yet again with the bulldozer. Jax dominated Bayley with a bear hug and one-legged Boston Crab. Jax locked her jaw for the clutch, but Bayley uses her quickness to send Jax out and slide-kicks her to stay out. Bayley stunned her with a cutter and performed a suicide dive. Back inside the ring, Jax regains control with a headbutt and splash to the back.
Jax climbs the rope for Annihilator, but Bayley stopped her trying for a Power Bomb. However, Jax countered with a Hurricanrana and a Belly to Belly Suplex for a near fall. Bayley escapes the corner hip attack to deliver a runnig knee splash and a sunset flip powerbomb, but Jax landed on her. Bayley performs a elbow drop from the top rope, but Jax kicked out.
Bayley sent Nia’s shoulder first to the steps and landed the elbow drop on the back. Bayley couldn’t able to drag Jax to the ring. While trying to perform another elbow drop, Jax caught her and performed a powerbomb on the steel steps. Inside the ring, Jax delivered a pop-up Samoan Drop and Bayley gives it back.
Bayley and Jax crushed the referee in the middle. Bayley delivered a Rose plant and looks for the pin, but the referee is unconscious. Tiffany Stratton ran to the ring to attack Bayley. Stratton tried to cash-in, but Jax caught her. Bayley tried to use the distraction to pin Nia, but Jax delivered a Super-Samoan Drop and the Annihilator to win the match and retain the title.
Finn Balor vs Damian Priest
Damian Priest dominated Finn Balor tossing him to the corner and throwing him across the ring. Balor tries to fight bacm, but Priest sends him out. Priest tried to chase him, but Balor delivered a Sling Blade outside the ring. Balor stomps Priest over and over while entering the ring. Priest tried to fight back, but Balor goes for the sleeperhold.
Balor is driven back first to the turnbuckles. Balor tried to jump from the corner, but Priest hit him with the elbow. Balor fights bacm with the sweep. Both tackle each others move and exchanhe strikes. Priest is fired up and goes for a series of offenses. Priest hit a corner splash and performed a Falcon Arrow.
Balor performed a sling blade, but Priesr fights back with a spinning kick and a powerful clothesline. Balor escapes the powerbomb to deliver an overhead kick. Balor took Priest down and stomps him, but Priest fights back with Razor’s Edge. Balor rolls out and Priest pushed him over the announcement table. Priest performed the Razor’s Edge on the apron and tried to finish things off, but Carlito distracted, JD assist Balor to perform a Coupe De Grace, but Priest kicked out.
Balor tried to use the steel chair, using the distraction, but Priest delivers a big boot through the chair. Priest clears house, but Balor used the distraction to deliver a couple of Coupe De Grace on the back of the head, but Priest caught him a third time and delivered the South of Heaven Chokeslam to win the match.
Triple H’s announcement / Gunther & Goldberg develop heat
Triple H addresses the WWE Universe about the return of Bad Blood and announced the attendance of 16,092. Triple H said that both the World Champion and WWE Champion will be fighting each other at Crown Jewel. The Crown Jewel Champion will be crowned which has a giant 50 carrot of Gold. Triple H unveils the championship.
Gunther arrived to the ring addressing the Crown Jewel title and assured Triple H that he will win the gold, similar to how he won the King of the Ring in Saudi Arabia. Before that, he will be facing Sami Zayn in a singles match on Raw.
Gunther claimed himself as the future champion and address the legend in the town, Goldberg. Gunther says that Goldberg is not his favorite, and he lied to Bret Hart. He mentioned Goldberg’s son and said that he wish Berg could be a better father than a wrestler. Goldberg jumps in to attack Gunther, but the security stopped him. As the heat develop, Sami Zayn attacked Gunther and it becomes a brawl. Securities separated them and took Gunther backstage.
Women’s World Championship Match- Liv Morgan (C) vs Rhea Ripley
The match began with Rhea Ripley taking the fight to Liv Morgan with a drop kick and a fall away slam. Liv is sent out and Ripley sends her face first to the apron. Rhea slide kicks Liv. While trying to enter the cage, Liv stomps Rhea’s injured leg and continues to hurt it over and over. Liv locks her with the one legged Boston Crab. Ripley bangs her head to the mat to escape.
Ripley fought back with a clothesline, a kick and a bridged suplex. Liv struck the injured leg again to gain advantage and smashes it on the ring post. Liv sent Rhea to the barricade again and again and delivered a sunset flip power bomb to the barricade. Inside the ring, Liv delivered a code breaker from the middle rope for a nearfall and tries for Oblivian, but Rhea counters it.
Ripley tries for a Riptide, but Liv countered with the Homerunner for a near fall. Liv slaps Rhea on the face and performed two Amegos. When going for third, Ripley countered and tossed her down. Dom’s cage is opened, and Rhea with a Yeet performed a Frog Splash on Liv.
Liv rolls out and Ripley follows her to punish Liv, sending her to the barricade and performing a Riptide outside the ring. Dom fell from the cage and he hangs upside down. Ripley said that she has unfinished business with Dom and pulls out the Kendo Stick to attack him. Rhea attacked Dom with the Kendo Stick and Raquel Rodriguez attacked Ripley from behind. The match is called off and Raquel delivered a Tejana Bomb to Rhea. She aligned herself with Liv and Dom to walk backstage with them.
Cody Rhodes & Roman Reigns vs Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu
Cody Rhodes and Jacob Fatu started the match after a long discussion. Cody locks Fatu’s head and Fatu counters Cody’s shoulder tackle. Cody tries for the Disaster kick and Fat tries for a Super Kick. Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa steps in teasing a brawl, but return to their position. Solo and Roman got tagged in.
Roman unloaded on Solo, but Solo fights back. Roman strikes back with ten punches to the face and Solo gives back with a punch to the face. Roman sent Solo outside the ring and Fatu enters the ring to distract Roman until Solo recovers and strikes back. Solo took Roman to the corner for the Samoan hip attack. Solo tags Jacob Fatu and he hit another hip attack on Roman.
Solo performed a Spinning Solo on Cody on the apron and drags him to the ring. Fatu tags in and takes control of Cody, crushing his shoulder. Cody stuns him down and Solo tags in. Solo and Jacob performed a chain of Samoan Hip Attsck on the corner. Cody tossed Fatu and Solo and tried to tag Roman, but Fatu pulled his leg and took him outside. Solo and Jacob with the double team take control of Cody. Fatu tried a Swanton, but Cody has his knees up.
Roman gets the tag and he is fired up. Roman performs a flying clothesline and punched Solo in the face. Roman measures for a Superman Punch and Solo tries for a Samoan Spike, but Roman countered with a roll-up and delivered a Superman Punch. Fatu stopped Roman while measuring for a Spear. Fatu performs a Super Kick and delivers another with Solo on Roman. Fatu delivers a Samoan Frog Splash on Roman, but Cody breaks the pin.
Cody took sent Fatu outside the ring and delivered a Cross Rhodes. Fatu is laid on the announcement table and Cody hit him with a Splash from the top rope, crashing him through the table. Inside the ring, Roman and Solo exchange strikes. Roman delivered a Superman Punch and looks for a Spear, but the Tongans distracted him. Solo delivered a spear for a nearfall. Outside the ring a black hooded men distract Solo, which is revealed to be Jimmy Uso. He took Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa with the superkick. Inside the ring, Roman speared Solo to win the match.
The Rock returns
Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso hug each other to celebrate the win and shown respect to Cody. While Roman and Jimmy walk on the ramp, the Bloodline attacked Cody, which made Jimmy and Roman make the save with a series of super kicks and spear. Roman had his hands on the title and gave it to Cody. The Rock‘s music hit and The Final Boss arrived on the entrance ramp with the People’s Championship starring at Roman, Cody and Jimmy. He signalled a gesture and walked backstage.
Bad Blood Results
- CM Punk defeated Drew McIntyre to win the match by pinfall.
- Nia Jax defeated Bayley to retain her WWE Women’s Championship.
- Damian Priest defeated Finn Balor to win the match by pinfall.
- Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley’s Women’s World Championship match ended in a no-contest, by the interference of Raquel Rodriguez.
- Roman Reigns & Cody Rhodes defeated Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu to win the match. Jimmy Uso made his return during the match & The Rock made his return after the match.
