The bowling unit lacks experience and their spin duo has been able to consistently provide them with breakthroughs in the middle overs.

The blue & gold setup of MI has largely been affected their batting department which hasn't worked well for them so far. Apart from Tilak Varma, the big guns have failed to fire. Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, and Cameron Green amongst others have found themselves on the wrong side of the wicket.
