WWE planning for Cody Rhodes vs Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam 2023

The American Nightmare is currently in a feud with the Beast Brock Lesner

WWE are setting the "American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes for a major match at SummerSlam 2023. But it might not be against the "Beast Incarnate" Brock Lesnar. WWE is potentially setting up a major match with Cody Rhodes against the returning Bray Wyatt.

In a cryptic Instagram post, user sports entertainment universe potentially claims WWE is planning to bring Bray Wyatt and Cody Rhodes to fight each other at WWE Summerslam 2023. The match itself is not confirmed yet by any WWE official but there have been backstage news and rumors circulating around this matchup.

With the match-up in process, it is also, an indication that Bray Wyatt might return sooner now, as he is now being a potential opponent for Rhodes.

The post also, says WWE is planning Cody Rhodes vs Brock Lesnar as a backup plan if the match doesn't work out with Bray Wyatt. Now it would be interesting to see how WWE brings both men in front of each other and how WWE starts its rivalry with Brock Lesnar along the way.
