CM Punk returned to WWE after nine long years and made a huge statement in the wrestling industry. Punk was one of the few wrestlers who most of them thought would never make his way into WWE again, however he proved that wrong and guaranteed good deeds with the company. Although Punk’s return was celebrated by fans, the locker room reactions were mixed and most of them thought that he could take their spotlights from them. It is likely to be proven right as Punk replaced a major star in the WWE Raw banner.

CM Punk on WWE Raw banner

CM Punk has been spotted on the Monday Night Raw banner on WWE’s official website. The old banner features Gunther, Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes on the left side and Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, and Jey Uso on the right side. On the new banner Jey Uso was replaced by CM Punk and Gunther was shifted to the other side in place of Jey Uso.

WWE Raw Old Banner

The new banner not only notes that Punk took Jey Uso’s spot, but also clears that Seth Rollins and CM Punk were not on the same side after replacing.

WWE Raw New Banner

Jey Uso has been in the Raw banner after Payback 2023, when he got traded to Raw after quitting The Bloodline and SmackDown. Since being drafted to Raw, Jey has been one of the top stars and is a Main Eventer of the Raw brand. CM Punk on the other hand signed a WWE Raw deal a couple of weeks ago and has never wrestled a match after returning. However, it is considered as one of the biggest signings in the company’s history.

With CM Punk replacing Jey Uso means that Seth Rollins was right, that he steals others spots and overshadows the hard working talents? Comment your thoughts below.
