Donald Trump is the Republican party nominee for the 2024 presidential elections

Ahead of the 2024 Presidential elections in the USA, WWE legends Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker have endorsed former President Donald Trump. The two legends favor Trump for the elections and urged their fans to vote Republican in the upcoming elections.

WWE legend The Undertaker recently endorsed Trump in a TikTok video. The former President on Monday appeared on the podcast of The Undertaker. Hulk Hogan has not only endorsed the former president but also made an appearance at the Republican National Convention earlier this year to endorse Trump.

The convention was held following the assassination attempt on the former president during an election rally in Pennsylvania. As per recent polls, Trump’s opponent Kamala Harriss is leading the business tycoon in the polls ahead of the election.

However, this isn’t the first instance of Trump losing in polls conducted by many major media outlets. In 2016, he was trailing behind Hilary Clinton in the US Presidential election but he managed to beat Clinton to become the president of the United States.

Donald Trump is an avid combat sports fan

Donald Trump’s love for combat sports has been very well-known to people since before he even considered the possibility of entering politics. Trump has had a long history of appearances in the WWE and he has also hosted WWE’s grand event, Wrestlemania IV and V at his hotel in Atlantic City back in 1987 and 1988 respectively.

The former President also made a guest appearance in 1990 at Wrestlemania 7 in Los Angeles. In 2007, Trump participated in the ‘Battle of the Billionaires’ with the then WWE owner and chairman Vince McMahon. The storyline was one of the most popular and garnered wide media coverage.

The stipulation for the match was the loser of the match, would have their head shaved on live television in front of millions of WWE fans. Trump picked ‘All Mighty’ Bobby Lashley to fight for him at Wrestlemania 27 against Umaga who was picked by McMahon as his representative.

The match also featured a segment that involved the two Billionaires fighting outside the ring during the fight. It also featured Shane McMahon and ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin. Lashley’s win was followed by Trump and Lashley shaving McMahon’s head as Austin held the former WWE chairman’s head.

This was Trump’s last in-ring appearance in the WWE as he went to focus on his business ventures. However, his last WWE appearance was in 2013 when he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame – Class of 2013.

Donald Trump trails Kamala Harriss in the polls among young men

American young men are among the key groups that Trump has focused his attention on in this election. He has appeared on multiple podcasts and interviews that have a younger audience. Trump already has great and historical ties with the likes of Hogan and The Undertaker.

Trump has a huge following in WWE’s sister company UFC and has made multiple appearances in the promotion even during his presidential reign. The pop from during these events speaks to his popularity among combat sports fans.

Hogan and The Undertaker’s support would help Trump bag the votes of such fans in the elections as he seeks to get a second term in the Oval Office.
