WWE SmackDown Results & Winners (November 17, 2023): Becky Lynch joins Team Belair for War Games

Becky Lynch joins Team Belair, Street profits became #1 Contenders for the tag team titles, Escobar breaks silence, Solo Sikoa returns, LA Knight defeated Jimmy and much more!

The November 17, 2023 episode of Friday Night SmackDown is officially over and it has been one of the decent shows in recent times. Two matches for the upcoming Survivor Series Premium Live Event was confirmed including Carlito vs Santos Escobar and Women's War Games Match. Get to know what happened on this week's episode of SmackDown, as we came up with the complete match summary, results, grades and winners list.

WWE SmackDown Summary

Damage CTRL look for War

Damage CTRL (Asuka, Bayley, Kairi Sane, Dakota Kai and IYO SKY) kicked-off the Friday Night SmackDown. Bayley said that bringing Asuka to Damage CTRL is one of the greatest moments in the WWE history. But, Asuka and IYO said that one member in the ring is not a part of Damage CTRL. Bayley suspected that they might turn against her, but Dakota Kai said that Asuka is not officially inducted into the Damage CTRL.

Bayley proposed Asuka to join Damage CTRL and she accepted it. Kai said that the four members of Damage CTRL excluding her wanted a War Games match against Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Shotzi with a fourth member on their team.

Shotzi Blackheart's tank arrived at the entrance ramp, but Shotzi came from the other side and jumped from the top rope. Charlotte and Bianca joined her, but the number games made Damage CTRL stand tall, making the Flair, Belair and Shotzi retreat.

Backstage

Bianca Belair and Charlotte Flair asked Shotzi, why she went to fight alone and Shotzi said that she couldn't able to control herself. They discuss about bringing the fourth member. Bianca said Charlotte that she know a person to join them. SmackDown General Manager, Nick Aldis met them and asked that he need to know the fourth member of their team by end of the night.

#1 Contender Tag Team Triple Threat Match- Street Profits vs Brawling Brutes vs Pretty Deadly

Angelo Dawkins, Butch and Elton Prince entered the ring as Butch had the initial strikes on their opponents. Street Profits took control as Ford tags in and they have a double attack. Ford took Butch with a clothesline and when lifted Prince for a backdrop, Kitt Wilson tagged in and both took Ford down. Ridge Holland was tagged in and he showcase insane power. Brawling Brutes has the Ten beats of Bodhran on Street Profits, and Pretty Deadly pulled them down the ring.

After the commercial, Ford and Prince tried to work as a unit and suplex Holland, but Holland took both down with a vertical suplex. Butch, Dawkins and Kitt got tagged in, as Butch is fired up and laid down his opponents inside and outside the ring. When returning back to the ring Dawkins took Butch down. Ford, Holland and Prince got tagged in as everyone took Holland down.

Ford hit a Frog Splash and Prince hit a Top rope Leg Drop and went for a pinfall, but Butch broke the fall. Butch tried a Brogue kick, but accidentally hit Ridge Holland. Street Profits cleared the ring and hit Rev-Alation on Holland for the win to become the #1 Contenders for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.

Backstage

Bianca Belair tried to convince Mia Yim (Michin) to join them for War Games. After the commercial, Damage CTRL attacked Mia Yim in a four on one attack.

Dragon Lee vs Axiom

Both tackle each others moves. Lee has initial advantage with a superkick, over the top rope senton and a running splash locking Axiom in the corner. After the commercial, Axiom took Lee down and hit a Moonsault from the top rope on Lee outside. Both went to the top rope, as Lee had Axiom hanging and stomps his chest bones.

Lee had a couple of strikes on Axiom's face, but Axiom fights back with the right hand and Superkick. When looking for a vertical suplex, Dragon Lee hits his own. Lee looks for a powerbomb, but Axiom hit a Canadian destroyer. Lee and Axiom went top rope, as Axiom hit a Spanish fly on Lee from the top rope. Lee and Axiom had a couple of hard shots, as Lee hit Operation Dragon for the win.

Santos Escobar breaks silence

Santos Escobar came with his own entrance theme than the regular LWO theme. has something to say, but the crowd booed him. Escobar says that he learned not to meet the superhero of his life. He come from a rich Lucha-Libre tradition, where other than the family everyone is a superhero.

Escobar says that he sees him as a father figure, but he now understands that Dominik was right. Escobar is unhappy with Carlito in LWO, for who Rey betrayed Escobar. Escobar doesn't wanna see Rey in WWE again and wanted his leg injury to not be successful and wishes to get infectious.

Zelina Vega couldn't able to resist Escobar talking trash. She walks in and slaps Escobar, after Escobar disrespected her. Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro came to the ring for Zelina Vega, as Escobar attacked both of them. Carlito came to save them, and Escobar retreats.

Grayson Waller vs Cameron Grimes

The match started with Waller twisting the hands of Grimes. Grimes counters and twists his hand instead. Waller hit a rolling Flatliner, but was too quick for a pinfall. Grimes had rapid strikes on Waller and hit a rock bottom on him. Grimes took Waller out and was about to kick him on the face, but knocks Theory down, who came to check Waller. Waller pulled his legs to land back first on the apron and hit a modified Kill-switch for the win.

Backstage

Bianca Belair tried to convince Zelina Vega to join them for War Games, but after the commercial she was assaulted by Damage CTRL.

The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso & Paul Heyman)

Paul Heyman recalled how Solo Sikoa Samoan Spiked Cena at Crown Jewel. Heyman said that Cena will never be in the WWE ring and thanked Solo Sikoa for doing that. The Bloodline sent off Cena with a big good bye, but he couldn't have his final talks as his throat was damaged by Solo.

LA Knight interrupted them and claims that Roman Reigns is still champion because of the Bloodline. Well he accepts Roman is great in ring, and also claims that he is no lesser than him. Knight looks to take all the members of The Bloodline, starting from Jimmy Uso.

Announcement

Carlito vs Santos Escobar at Survivor Series has been announced.

LA Knight vs Jimmy Uso

Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa walks backscreen following a phone call with Roman Reigns. As the match begin, LA Knight lays his hands on Jimmy Uso. Jimmy has a brief control while entering the ring, but Knight hit a a springboard shoulder tackle. Jimmy Uso fights back, but Knight sends him out, blew his head on the commentary table and threw him across the commentary table.

After the comnercial, LA Knight caught Jimmy Uso's leg, but Jimmy hit a kick to the head. Jimmy went for a Samoan splash on the corner, but Knight moves away. La Knight gains control with a clothesline and sending him face first to the mat. Jimmy tried for a superkick, but Knight hit a BFT for the win.

After the match, Solo Sikoa marched to the ringside, as Jimmy Uso attacked him from behind. Solo Sikoa hit a Samoan spiked Knight. Both cleared the commentary desk to threw Knight over it, but Cody Rhodes came to the aid of Knight. LA Knight and Cody Rhodes took both of them, as Jimmy and Solo retreat.

Becky Lynch joins Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair and Shotzi

Bianca and Shotzi asked Flair about the fourth member. Flair said the she called her, but she is not sure, whether she will make it to the time or not. Bianca Belair, Shotzi Blackheart and Charlotte Flair enter the ring to introduce the fourth member of their team.

Charlotte Flair has the mic in hand and says that they accept their challenge for the War Games Match. Charlotte says that she called a friend to join them. Damage CTRL interrupted them, as Bayley came here with the mic and says that they have no one to call as they took them all.

Damage CTRL tried to enter the ring to attack them. Becky Lynch out of nowhere joined them and it became chaos in the ringside. Flair and IYO hit a moon-sault on all. As the brawl continues, SmackDown television time comes to an end.
