Cody Rhodes is one of the most popular and biggest professional wrestlers of the modern era. He has been in WWE from 2007 to 2016 and re-joined the company back in 2022 to present. Cody was a mid-carder during his first run.
However, he transformed himself into one of the biggest names in professional wrestling in the second run. Cody at present is one of the most successful wrestlers in the company. Although being one of the most successful superstars, there raises the question, whether he is a Grand Slam Champion in WWE? Is Cody Rhodes a Grand Slam Champion?
No, Cody Rhodes is not a Grand Slam Champion. Cody has never won the United States Championship to reach the Grand Slam Champion spotlight. Apart from the US title, Cody is a 12-time champion in WWE. Cody has won the WWE Championship once, the Universal Championship once, the Intercontinental Championship twice, the SmackDown Tag Team Championship once, the Raw Tag Team Championship once, the WWE Tag Team Championship thrice and the World Tag Team Championship thrice. He is also the 34th Triple Crown Champion.
World Tag Team Championship (3 times)
The first championship that Cody won in WWE was the World Tag Team Championship in 2007 teaming up with Hardcore Holly. Rhodes recaptured the same title with Ted DiBiase twice in the next year. All his three reigns came during his first run in WWE.

WWE Tag Team Championship (3 times)
Cody Rhodes won the WWE Tag Team Championship thrice, one title reign was with Drew McIntyre and another with his half-brother Goldust twice. All three reigns came during his first run in WWE.
Intercontinental Championship (2 times)
Cody Rhodes won the Intercontinental Championship twice, where he defeated Ezekial Jackson in 2011 to win his first Intercontinental title and defeated Big Show in the iconic tables match to win the title for the second time.

Raw & SmackDown Tag Team Championship (1 time)
Cody Rhodes won the Raw and SmackDown tag team title under the name Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship teaming up with Jey Uso. This is the first title Cody won during his second run. However their reign ended too soon, within days.
WWE Championship & Universal Championship
Cody Rhodes won both the WWE Championship and Universal Championship as a single title named Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. He is the only second wrestler to win both the titles simultaneously, however the Universal title is retired without notice and only the Undisputed WWE Championship is being recognized.
