Bo Dallas has returned as the sinister Uncle Howdy.

‘The Wyatt Sicks’ finally made their much-awaited WWE debut on the 17th June edition of RAW. Their appearance has to be one of the best closing moments of the Red brand show ever. The mysterious faction led by the sinister Uncle Howdy had been teasing their presence on WWE programming for months.

It is no secret that the real-life brother of the late Bray Wyatt, Taylor Rotunda, aka Bo Dallas, is the face behind the scary mask of Howdy. As is common knowledge, he has been a part of the Stamford-based promotion for over a decade. Dallas has managed to capture some titles during this run. Let’s take a look at the titles that he has held in WWE.

WWE 24/7 Championship reign

The WWE 24/7 title saw as many as 57 different wrestlers winning the gold. Among them was Bo Dallas, who won the title in September 2019 by pinning Drake Maverick. He was helped by his former tag team partner Curtis Axel in this victory. However, the 24/7: anywhere, anytime rule meant that Dallas lost the title to the same opponent within minutes. Thankfully, he has had other reigns to boast of during his time with the company.

NXT Championship reign

Dallas spent considerable time in NXT before entering the main roster. He made a name for himself by entering the 2013 Royal Rumble match and eliminating the then-Intercontinental champion Wade Barett. After this stint in the big league, Rotunda was seen as a bright young prospect.

This was reflected in his booking on the black and gold brand after Dallas defeated Big E Langston in June 2013 to win the NXT championship. He embarked on an impressive run after that and defended the belt against the likes of Sami Zayn, Antonio Cesaro and Neville. Bray Wyatt’s brother held the gold for around six months before losing out to Neville in February 2014. Nevertheless, it was an important stepping stone in his wrestling career.

WWE RAW Tag Team Championship reign

Dallas made his full-time main roster debut in 2014 and went on a spectacular winning streak, which R-Truth eventually ended. However, he mainly languished in the lower-mid card for years before finally finding a break in 2017. Dallas and Curtis Axel associated themselves with The Miz to form ‘Miztourage.’ The hilarious faction lit up the scene with its brilliant antics, and Rotunda played a major part in it.

The duo split up with Miz in 2018 and formed a separate tag team, ‘The B-Team.’ Success wasn’t too far as Dallas and Axel defeated the tag team of Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy to win the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship. They defended their titles in a rematch against the former champions.

The B-Team also thwarted ‘The Revival’s’ advances toward the tag team gold. However, Dallas and Axel’s title run lasted only 50 days as they succumbed to the team of Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler.

Dallas’s recent return as the leader of ‘The Wyatt Sicks’ has shown a lot of promise. His Uncle Howdy character seems to be majorly over with the WWE Universe. It will be interesting to see what lies ahead for Howdy and his band of misfits.
